To assure the highest quality of service our facility has proceeded to implement the ISO 22000:2005 quality system – a standard related to the quality and safety of food.

Implementation of the system is associated with duties and requirements set for staff and owners. The ISO 22000 system is not just (contrary to popular opinion) an ‘unnecessary piece of paper’; it is primarily a directive related to the preparation of delicious dishes, it is an outline of the daily care of supplies of fresh Polish meat and best fish, rural eggs and milk, it ensures the fine aromas of vegetables and great pickles with unique bouquets. It also involves the maintenance of absolute cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production process and the creation of appropriate conditions for food cooling and heating, and encompasses the whole ideology that we employ to satisfy our customers.

At the beginning of September 2010, the Norwegian International Certification Body DNV conducted a certification audit at our facility for compliance with the ISO 22000: 2005 standard.

On the eighth of September 2010 we, as the only facility of this kind in the West Pomeranian province, received the ISO 22000:2005 certificate.

It is a great distinction for our staff and ourselves and also levies a responsibility for the quality we must take care to maintain every day for every event, every dish and every customer.
